WHO WE ARE
As Repairers of the Breach, we are devoted to prayer, restoration, and transformation. Each week we gather to intercede, and to grow in the knowledge of God’s Word so we can live fully according to the Bible.
We stand on the promise of Isaiah 58:12:
“Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”
Our mission is to embody this calling, rebuilding what has been broken, raising up strong spiritual foundations for future generations, and restoring lives, families, and communities through the power of prayer and the truth of Scripture.
LEADERSHIP
MEET LUCIEN & TRACY HUMPHREYS
Lucien and Tracy Humphreys are a dynamic husband-and-wife team with a God-given mandate to heal, restore, and rebuild marriages and families across the globe. Married for 25 years, their journey has been marked by both triumphs and trials, shaping them into powerful voices of hope, healing, and transformation.
Lucien currently serves as a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, while also mentoring men, coaching leaders, and investing in business ventures. His passion is to equip men to walk in purpose, strength, and integrity (Proverbs 27:17). Tracy began her career in television production, working seven years with Good Morning America and CW11. In 2007, she stepped fully into her calling as an entrepreneur, life coach, motivational speaker, and workshop facilitator. She has worked extensively with the City of New York, coaching individuals who have endured trauma, helping them find resilience and new life.
Together, Lucien and Tracy are the founders of Marriage Mechanix, a global platform designed to help singles and couples build relationships that last. Through their weekly broadcast Hump Day with the Humphreys, international retreats, coaching programs, and practical teachings, they equip people with Godly wisdom and tools to thrive in marriage, family, and faith. Their retreats, hosted worldwide—are a mix of ministry, renewal, rededication to Christ, and life-giving fun.
They are also the authors of The 21-Day Couples Challenge, which encourages couples to intentionally pray and invest in their relationship, and Lost and Found: A Journey of Healing, Restoration, and Forgiveness, a transparent and hope-filled account of their own path to reconciliation.
Their story is not without scars. In 2015, they faced one of the darkest storms of their marriage—a painful separation that lasted two years. But God transformed their test into a testimony that has since encouraged countless couples to fight for restoration rather than give up. Their journey reflects the truth of Joel 2:25 “I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten”—and stands as a living testimony of God’s power to redeem brokenness.
In addition to their work with Marriage Mechanix, Lucien and Tracy also host a weekly prayer call, Repairers of the Breach, where they are “Lifting Prayers, Rebuilding Walls, Restoring Lives.” This prayer movement reflects their heart for intercession, family revival, and the restoration of broken places, echoing Isaiah 58:12: “You shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell in.”
Though their professional paths began in different arenas, they have always been divinely connected through their love for the Lord and their passion for relationships. Since the day they met in 1998, they have shared an unshakable desire to understand, strengthen, and equip others in the area of love, marriage, and family.
Lucien and Tracy reside in New Jersey, where they continue to live out their mission: helping singles and couples heal, restore, rejuvenate, and walk in the fullness of God’s plan for their lives (Jeremiah 29:11).

We pray for and with each other, encourage each other in the Word and believe in making disciples just as Jesus has commanded all believers. We’re thankful to God for answered prayers, testimonies and evidences of growth, individually and collectively.
God’s design for the Church is unity – not in falsehood but in truth. We are called to be the body of Christ, to the defend the faith and be an example of the believer. ROTB is training ground to embody His character, build capacity and be launched into the assignments He has given us.
